Dallas Restaurant Review: BITE

Dallas Restaurant Review: BITE by Eddy T

This Restaurant is now closed

We had the pleasure of dining at BITE on their opening night, and it was delightful!

Below are our favorite dishes from the opening night’s menu.

The atmosphere was great. It was both fun and lively!

They offer an extensive cocktail menu along with great wine and beer selections too. As you see above, the menu has two styles: ‘My Style’, which is the chef’s take on contemporary interpretation of classic favorites along with ‘My Story’, which is inspired by different cultures and flavors that the chef has encountered on his culinary journeys. We ordered from both sides of the menu and enjoyed everything we selected.

For our appetizer we started off with the Parmesan soufflé that came with sautéed mushrooms and a roasted garlic cream sauce. It was both savory and decadent.

The Chilean Sea Bass was my favorite dish of the evening and I’m already craving it again! It was cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful.  The sea bass was accompanied by coconut and lemon grass infused forbidden rice and sautéed baby bok choy.

For dessert we ordered the panna cotta, which was perfectly balanced and not too sweet.

We’ll definitely be back!

Cheers,

Emily & Barbara
